Hi there! The envelopes used the DIY Travel Journal are called ‘coin envelopes’. You can usually find them in most post offices/stationary shops etc. It looks to me like the artist may have personally handmade a few of the envelopes themselves using different types of paper (such as the clear transparent tracing paper ones) Here is a useful DIY guide to making coin envelopes.
