!!!Thank You!!! by Benjamin Reynaert
A cover-less book structure bound with a year’s worth of receipts. Each receipt page has been painted with gel medium to preserve the state of decay and fade from the printing. Can be hung on wall surfaces. One-of-a-kind artist book.

About Pearl by Robbin Ami Silverberg
I created a series of unique handmade papers for the book that would contain a text I wrote about my grandmother’s skin and thoughts on aging. Each book in this series holds the identical text; each is unique because of its variety of skin-like papers, that suggest skin’s wondrous wrinkled surface.
Bus Ticket book (300 journeys) by Adele Outteridge
Everyday objects might not mean anything when it is stand alone. but when it is bounded together, the message is strong and clear.
Burning Me Open by Alicia Bailey
Handmade artist’s book of linear illustration and erotic poetry. The book pages are transparent, and thus allow sections of several pages to be viewed at once. The pages are rigid and thick, designed to display well both flat or upright. When displayed upright, lighting can be adjusted for increased interplay between the line illustrations and the shadows they cast.
Text selection from the book:
there is one who touches me so it burns
my hands open
at their feeling of
the length of me
“Handmade artist’s book about the journey through my skin to my inner heart. The blue and red string represent the arteries and the veins - each carrying the good and bad emotions I have inside me. The centre of the book is where these blood vessels meet and explode.”

This is a single point binding that explores the social acceptability of sex. Done for my Artist Books class at MICA in the fall of 2010. The pin up girls represent the acceptable form, but these ladies have a secret. Drawn in invisible ink on each pin up (visible under black light) is a illustration of a fetish. From Bondage to Pony Play, these ladies have done it all. Definitions of the fetish are written on the back of each card for those that want to learn more.
Black light photos to follow!
I Am The Friction is a limited edition book by Sing Statistics. One half of the book is composed of short stories inspired by illustrations; the other half illustrations inspired by short stories. The screen printed illustration on recycled paper makes for a beautiful front cover.
Artist’s book: Apparatus of Daydreaming by Kable Design
The book received a bronze award in the fine arts category from Creative Quarterly 15 in 2009. As part of my fulfillment of the grant I recently made two new artists books. These books are inspired by reading about theoretical constructions of space.
