My Harry Potter covers (you know, if book covers supported gifs (which they totally should)), Inspired by (but not nearly as awesome as) the animation in the Pottermore video.

As I know a few of you were eager to know, today I was kindly contacted by Phil who actually interviewed the artists behind all the fantastic Pottermore animation!
“The Pottermore animation was masterminded by communications agency adam&eve, headed up by Simon Lloyd and Christine Turner, and directed and animated by talented siblings Martin and Line Andersen of Andersen M Studios.”
Read the entire interview here :)
parasols asked: Hey there! Is there any information out there on the paper artist for Pottermore? It's so fantastic-- I'm dying to know who created it. It reminds me of Su Blackwell, but so far I haven't seen any names attached to any of the work! Thanks in advance if you have any info. :)
I’ve been trying to work it out for myself, but I can’t find any company/names behind the paper craft animations (to be honest, I’m much more excited by the paper craft then Pottermore itself hah!) As one of the best-known British paper artists, it could possibly be Su Blackwell, but there’s nothing about it on her site so it could just as well be a complete unknown artist/team of animators… Do any followers know who might be behind it? x
[EDIT]: I have since found out the team behind the animation, read all about it here :)

Pottermore Explainer of the Day: So J.K. Rowling’s mysterious “Pottermore” project was (mostly) unveiled today, and it seems early reports that it would be an online gaming experience were only partially correct.
While Pottermore is indeed an “online experience” revolving around the premiere of the Harry Potter books in eBook form, its “gaming” aspect appears to be limited to interactive “Moments” users can engage with while reading the books online.
